Tribute Program
Once a patient is discharged, they may have a need for items that will make their rehabilitation more productive, for example, walker, adaptive toilet seat, wheelchair and other essential items. The Foundation provides a grant to the Hospital to make sure recovery can continue at home.
Stroke Support Groups
The stroke support group gives survivors, caregivers and family members a place to make friends and socialize with others who have shared similar life experiences.
